Business Systems Developer
Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role
SF Technology is working with a forward-thinking business transformation team seeking an experienced Business Systems Developer. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in integrating and enhancing core business systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions that drive operational excellence.

What You''ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Epicor P21 ERP, Salesforce CRM, and other business-critical platforms
Develop APIs and middleware to facilitate real-time data exchange
Write and maintain SQL queries, C# code, and Crystal Reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Support testing, training, and rollout of new systems and features

What We''re Looking For
Hands-on experience with Epicor P21 ERP or similar systems
Proficient in SQL and C# programming
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and API development
Familiarity with Crystal Reports and version control software
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
Understanding of distribution or business operations is a plus
