Operating in integrated product teams, our engineers are engaged throughout the entire product development lifecycle-from initial concept through to final delivery.In this role, you will work closely with our Mechanical Design team and cross-functional engineering specialists to create robust mechanical solutions that support our cutting-edge defence products.The Role:So, what will you be doing as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer?Leading mechanical design and proving activities across piece parts and assemblies for both prime and variant products.Supporting manufacturing processes and resolving production issues and design-related defects.Collaborating on environmental and functional testing, including on-site trials.Engaging with suppliers and the procurement team to resolve technical queries.Managing and reporting on your daily engineering activities to support project delivery.Contributing to the development and clarification of engineering requirements to ..... full job details .....
