We have partnered up with a longstanding client at Kenton Black who are going through a sustained period of growth and are looking to bolster their commercial team by bringing in multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors within London to oversee all commercial aspects of major projects across London!The right person will be from a main contracting background and have experience in rail and highways. These Managing Quantity Surveyor roles will be reporting directly into a Commercial Manager. These roles will be looking after various of projects across the London area. The business has a very strong orderbook for the next 18-24 months with further growth predicted as well as genuine career opportunities.Responsibilities

Oversee all commercial aspects of major projects across London as a Managing Quantity Surveyor.Work within a main contracting environment with rail and highways experience.Report into a Commercial Manager and support project teams across multiple projects.Qualifications

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in rail/roads/highways within a main contracting setting.Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage cost control and contract administration.London-based role availability and willingness to travel as required.Benefits
