The team is recognised in both Chambers and The Legal 500 for the quality of its work.Key responsibilities: Advising on regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions of the UK in the healthcare, social care and education sectors. Advising clients providing education (from early years through to university), social care (children''s and adult care homes, fostering, domiciliary care) and healthcare (hospitals, private clinics and remote/online services). Examples of work include registration requirements, funding schemes, Safeguarding, complaints, challenging regulatory body inspection findings, compliance actions (civil and criminal) by regulatory bodies and regulatory cross jurisdictional issues (e.g. global online retailers and international school groups).
