Social network you want to login/join with:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working on a range of exciting residential developments.In this role, you will:Oversee the technical design and coordination of residential construction projectsManage the flow of technical information between internal teams, consultants, and contractorsEnsure all technical information is accurate, complete, and delivered on timeResolve technical and design-related issues to ensure buildability and complianceSupport the planning and pre-construction process by coordinating drawings, specifications, and approvalsLiaise closely with design consultants to ensure adherence to planning and regulatory requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of design and construction processesREQUIREMENTSMinimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction as a Technical CoordinatorStrong knowledge of UK building regulations, NHBC standards, and planning proceduresProven experience coordinating technical design for multi-unit residential projectsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in relevant design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ViewpointAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectivelyHNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferredCommitment to inclusion and diversity.REWARDS AND BENEFITSThe salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry.
