Central Sales Manager
THE ROLE: As Central Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving group-wide business growth through the development and management of a centralised lead generation function. This role carries direct responsibility for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Business Development Advisers focused on generating high-quality sales opportunities. ABOUT YOU: You are a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional with proven leadership experience in telesales or business development. You combine commercial awareness with hands-on ability, and you thrive in an environment where building teams, refining processes, and delivering measurable growth are central to success.You are also tech-savvy, data-driven, and confident using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage, track, and analyse sales activity effectively. Proven experience managing or developing a telesales or business development team. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging across all levels of the business.
