Lead complex tax advisory projects, including inheritance tax, succession planning, and restructuring of family-owned entities, coordinating input from legal and financial specialistsAssist and manage recurring compliance services as necessary to support clientsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored, proactive adviceSupport the firm in business development, identifying opportunities within existing client bases and attending relevant networking and industry eventsMentor and manage junior team members, providing technical guidance, feedback, and career development supportMonitor team performance, billing, and recoveries, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and profitablyMaintain high standards of compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirementsAbout you
