You can''t be a great financial planner if you don''t sit in front of enough clients. You don''t hone your craft. You aren''t challenged. You''re not given the resources to be a success. But that doesn''t stop the pressure you''re put under. That won''t happen at this business. Here you don''t need to self-generate or find clients. Your diary will be full of new cash investment meetings and annual reviews. And you''ll have full paraplanning and admin support to make sure you spend time doing what you love - speaking to clients. And because of this you''ll have the opportunity to earn consistently high earnings, ranging from £56,000 - £80,000 per annum. This is made up of: A starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience/qualifications/performance)A KPI/compliance bonus (client care/retention/file quality, not bringing in sales) that adds £1,200 per month (if joining with CAS) or £14,400 over the course of the yearA sales bonus typically worth £7,000 - £36,000 per annumIt''s worth noting though that there are no monthly sales targets/expectations.You''ll also get: Life coverMedical cash plan for you and your family PensionEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave25 days holiday (increasing to 28 days with service)You can work from home or on a hybrid basis.THE COMPANY: This national business buys clients from its retiring advisers.
