Recruitment Consultant - Education

Location: St Albans | Full-Time, Permanent

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-achieving St Albans team. • School year-aligned hours:

  • Term time: 7:00am - 5:30pm

  • School holidays: 4.5 hour shifts

• Proven recruitment experience (education sector preferred but not essential)

• Strong business development and relationship management skills
