Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Supply Desk is currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Radlett from September 2026.
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a teacher with experience supporting pupils with Autism and additional learning needs. Applications are welcomed from both qualified teachers (QTS) and experienced unqualified teachers who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
About the RoleAs a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with Autism and additional learning needs.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can achieve their full potential.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet a wide range of learning abilities and communication needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Promote pupils'' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Foster independence, confidence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support whole-school initiatives.
- A supportive and inclusive specialist setting dedicated to helping pupils achieve success both academically and personally.
- A collaborative and welcoming team committed to delivering high-quality SEN provision.
- Excellent facilities and resources designed to support a range of additional needs.
- Strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, training, and professional development.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is welcomed; experienced unqualified teachers will also be considered.
- Autism training and/or experience working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is highly desirable.
- Flexible and confident teaching across multiple classrooms.
- Motivated and passionate about SEN education.
- Open to change, learning, and constructive feedback.

- Adaptive teaching approach for a wide range of abilities.
