This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone operating at a Lead Engineer/Team Lead level, with proven experience managing and mentoring small teams of engineers while remaining close to architecture and implementation. Crucially, this role requires a strong foundation in software development. You will have started your career as a developer or programmer and bring a developer-first mindset to security engineering, with a preference for experience in Python-based development. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end security solutions across cloud and on-prem environments Build and scale secure platforms, frameworks, and reusable security patterns Lead initiatives across IAM, CI/CD security, secrets management, and supply chain security Implement robust secrets and key management solutions (eg HashiCorp Vault, cloud-native tools) Partner with engineering and platform teams to close security gaps and guide implementation Own delivery of new security environments and capabilities, from concept through to adoption Lead and manage a small team of engineers, setting direction, priorities, and ensuring delivery Engage senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide ..... full job details .....
