The OpportunityYou will take ownership of the organisation''s Oracle HCM environment (Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Benefits and related modules), ensuring it delivers operational excellence and supports long-term business strategy. This role goes beyond system maintenance. You will act as an internal consultant - challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration, and leading the roadmap for continuous improvement across HR technology. You will also directly manage and develop a team responsible for systems configuration, integrations and management information reporting.
