Care Outlook is an expanding, leading home care provider in London and the South East of England since 2005.We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to maintain and develop our extra care service, Redwood House.Responsibilities

Direct Management of the care team, monitoring staff development through supervision, appraisals, and training to assist them in delivering a high-quality serviceCreating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users'' needs and aspirationsEnsuring care assessments, care, and risk planning meet best practice and customers\'' aspirationsWork with the Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levelsTo provide care services to service users in an emergency, arrange emergency cover when required and cover all/any calls reasonably where requiredTo ensure that the telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful mannerTo work alongside the Branch Manager, ensuring that all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptlyParticipate in the paid on-call rotaPut in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possibleOffer
