If you do not have strong English and Math''s skills AND previous food production experience, we will not be able to progress your applicationAs a Food Production Operative, you will be working in a highly fast paced, targeted factory environmentYour typical responsibilities as the Food Production Operative will include: Packing finished products into boxes Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg Conducting quality checks throughout production Loading, palletising, and general line support Working as part of a team while using your own initiative Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace Reading documents Writing down important informationTo be considered for the Food Production role, you MUST meet all of the following criteria: Previous food production experience - this is essential. Candidates without this experience cannot be offered work for this role. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to read instructions and complete required documentation. Numerical competency, as you will complete a numerical test during registration. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast moving environment.
