TIG WeldingMetal / Steel Polishing Key ResponsibilitiesTIG Welding and Finishing Carry out precision TIG welding on stainless steel components to exact specifications.Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of welded parts to achieve the required surface quality.Ensure all welded joints are visually and dimensionally accurate, free from defects.Work from technical drawings to produce components that meet customer and company requirements. Quality Control Check and measure finished components at required inspection frequencies.Identify, label, and record both approved and rejected parts in line with ISO9001 Quality Standards.Maintain consistency in weld quality, finish, and polish across all components produced. Safety and Compliance Maintain a clean and organised working area, including polishing stations and equipment.Adhere to all C.O.S.H.H. regulations and company health and safety requirements.Wear and correctly use appropriate PPE at all times.Report any faults, defects, or safety concerns to the Facilitator immediately.
