SITE MANAGER - SOLAR FARM - PV - CONSTRUCTION - NORFOLK, ENGLAND - CONTRACT (12 MONTHS) Job Overview: We are supporting a leading EPC with a strong UK pipeline, seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a key project in Norfolk, with a construction programme of approximately 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle construction delivery from enabling works through to completion Manage subcontractors across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes Oversee site mobilisation, including fencing, access, and early works packages Ensure compliance with HSE standards and CDM regulations Provide detailed and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders Coordinate closely with Project Manager and HSE teams during site setup Monitor programme and ensure delivery against milestones Maintain quality standards in collaboration with Quality Manager and Supervisors Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar or BESS projects Strong civil or electrical construction background with broad project understanding Experience operating within an EPC delivery model SMSTS certification (essential) NEBOSH certification highly advantageous Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills Contract Details: Location: Norfolk, England Contract Length: 12 months Start Date: May / June 2026 Working Pattern: 5-6 days per week (construction dependent) To apply, please submit your CV. ..... full job details .....
