As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during the short-term absence of the regular class teacher. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay on task.Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any behavioural incidents.
