This is a non-classroom-based position focused on leading SEND strategy, coaching staff, and driving inclusive teaching across the school. The RoleYou will:Lead and enhance SEND provision throughout the school.Work alongside the Principal and SLT to promote a culture of high expectations and inclusion.Coach teachers on effective SEND practices, especially around scaffolding and adaptive teaching.Support planning that uses the latest research in SEND education.Collaborate with families, external agencies, and the local authority to ensure pupil needs are met.Monitor progress and ensure EHCPs and statutory obligations are fully upheld.
