Axon Moore are supporting a large business based in Leeds as they recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis.

This is a hands on role where you will be part of a Purchase Ledger team and processing a high volume of invoices.-

The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

• Processing Invoices-
• Ensuring invoices are approved in a timely fashion.
• Statement reconciliation.
• Monitoring the AP Mailbox.
• Maintaining data and ensure supplier details are correct.
• Ensuring there are no historic invoices on the system-
• Handling and resolving internal and external queries both efficiently and professionally.
• Opening of post and document scanning.

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Experienced in excel-
• Strong organisational skills

This is a 4 month role and offers Hybrid working.
