This is a hands-on role for someone proactive, ambitious, and confident in developing their own opportunities while collaborating with a supportive Indoor Sales team who assist with lead generation and appointment setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an annual new business revenue target of 500,000+, with clear monthly and quarterly milestonesIdentify, research, and approach new prospects across target sectorsGenerate and attend meetings, supported by our internal sales teamBuild a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term, profitable accountsUnderstand customer operational requirements and provide tailored Sameday logistics solutionsPrepare professional proposals, tenders, and presentationsNegotiate effectively while maintaining strong marginsMaintain accurate reporting and pipeline management using CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)ExperienceProven success in B2B new business salesStrong background in the Sameday courier market (experience in Next Day, Pallet Networks, or wider transport/logistics also considered)A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targetsSelf-motivated with the ability to create and develop your own opportunitiesStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to solution sell rather than compete on priceExcellent ..... full job details .....
