Strong knowledge and experience of the Church of England, including leadership structures, networks, theology, and mission cultureProven success in building strategic relationships, ideally within a church, ministry, or mission organisationConfidence and clarity as a public communicator with experience preaching or speaking at eventsDemonstrated ability to lead growth strategies and manage complex partnershipsExperience in sales or fundraising, with the ability to manage full partnership development cyclesExcellent self-motivation and organisation, with the ability to work independently in a dispersed teamAdditional Requirements
