Head of Client Relationships
The Head of Client Relationships is a key member of the Intermediaries leadership team, contributing to the overall strategy and leadership of the Intermediaries Pillar. The Head of Client Relationships is accountable for shaping and delivering the client relationship strategy, with a specific focus on theeffective oversight, development and support for Appointed Representative (AR) clients. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering excellent operational services and supporting wider platform development, including opportunities through geographical expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesServes as a member of the internal regulated boards and sub-committees as required. Participant across a selection of client AR boards, acting as key escalation point across all aspects of AR oversight and management.Work closely with the Intermediaries leadership team to develop and deliver the AR strategy and supporting new business production including onboarding of new clients and supporting new business production and ensuring a smooth outflow pipeline to minimise volatility in divisional results.Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, markets and colleagues and deliver client satisfaction. Report on client strategic objectives and delivery metrics to the internal regulated boards.
