Quality Manager

— Location: Andover | Salary: 48,000 - 52,000 DOE | Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Fridays 8:00am - 3:30pmAs Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation meets and exceeds all quality standards. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, purchasing, and senior management, to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Department, ensuring smooth processes and high standards.Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on strategic planning and policy implementation. Maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) through effective audits, documentation, and procedures.Quality Assurance

Ensure customer requirements are met and compliant, both in products and paperwork.Conduct inspections of incoming goods and manage non-conformance''s with the Purchasing Department.Investigate product returns and conduct necessary tests, creating detailed reports and records.Continuous Improvement

Share innovative ideas to enhance departmental efficiency.Stay informed about competitor intelligence and share insights with relevant parties.Requirements
