What is your focus as Head of Internal Systems?-

You will lead the development and security of all internal systems - IT, facilities, software, and data - ensuring they are efficient, future-ready, and aligned to our growth. You will also oversee key internal projects, from ISO 27001 implementation to office upgrades and smarter, more secure site connectivity.-

What will you be doing?-

• Lead internal infrastructure and business improvement projects-
• Ensure secure, scalable IT and data systems-
• Manage senior IT and improvement leaders-
• Oversee ISO 27001, connectivity upgrades, and office improvements-
• Report on progress and performance to senior leadership-
• Manage a high-performing team across IT, security, and improvement-

• Extensive IT management experience, within a leadership role-
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software delivery-
• Proven project and people leadership-
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams-
• Experience with ISO 27001 is a strong advantage-
