Supporting root cause analysis for externally supplied detail productsReduce defective issues within the stores area of the business which include, rework and non-conformances using an 8D / A3 methodology.Implementation of process controls and process capability based on critical stores and logistics process driven by both our internal and external customersFacilitation of Practical Problem Solving for Root cause analysis within the manufacturing and Logistic facilitiesFacilitation of Improvement activities within the manufacturing and Logistics'' facilityTechnical expertise on Lean tool sets and change managementManaging improvements into the business What we''re looking for from you: Formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 ANDFormal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject. ORBEng in relevant Engineering or Science Degree As a CI Team member your skills and experience will ideally include: Strong Manufacturing and Warehousing background.Awareness of supply chain goods receiving practices.
