Cyber Security ManagerManchester - 2-3 days per week in the office 70,000 - 75,000 per annum Our client is seeking an experienced and forward thinking Cyber Security Manager to guide and strengthen their Cyber Security function. This position plays a key role in protecting their systems, data and customers, making sure the organisation stays ahead of new and evolving cyber threats.Sitting within the Governance, Risk, Compliance, Security and Internal IT division, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, driving the development and execution of their cyber security strategy. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Technology teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the organisation, while leading and nurturing a high performing security team.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of shaping and delivering the organisation''s overall cyber security strategyMonitor and manage cyber risks, emerging threats and potential vulnerabilities across the companyLead activities such as security testing, threat modelling and vulnerability reviewsBuild, maintain and regularly update incident response and disaster recovery plansWork closely with teams across the business to ensure security is built into products, projects and processesPromote a strong security culture by driving awareness initiatives and training programmesProvide leadership, guidance and development for the cyber security teamSkills Knowledge and ExpertiseProven leadership experience in cyber ..... full job details .....
