1:1 Tutor - Skelmersdale

Spencer Clarke Tutors is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support a learner in the Skelmersdale area.
The role involves delivering tuition in core subjects for approximately 5-10 hours per week. The learner has SEND needs and an EHCP in place, therefore experience supporting children with additional needs is essential.

• Qualified teacher or experienced tutor with proven teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of core subjects
• Experience working with pupils with SEND and EHCPs
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning programmes
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

Candidates without teaching experience will not be considered.
You must have:

• Previous teaching experience
• SEND experience
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Hours: 5-10 hours per week
