Deputy Home Manager Elderly Care Surrey Stephen James Consulting is partnering with an established elderly care provider in the Surrey area to recruit an experienced clinical leader for a well-run nursing home setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with daily operations, clinical leadership, and maintaining exceptional care standards. Key Responsibilities: Support overall leadership and smooth day-to-day running of the home Ensure safe, effective, person-centred care delivery at all times Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the care team Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards Oversee staffing, rotas, reporting, and operational performance Support service development, occupancy growth, and quality improvements Lead, mentor, and supervise staff through ongoing support and appraisals Step in as Home Manager when required Requirements: Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN Strong background in elderly care within a senior clinical or deputy leadership role Good knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance Experience in dementia or older people s care settings Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards of care This role offers a salary of: ..... full job details .....
