Architectural Technician / Technologist - Leicester - Up to £50,000Walker and Sloan are working with a well-established architectural consultancy in Leicester who are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their growing team. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a keen eye for technical detail.Responsibilities

Producing detailed drawings and technical design packagesAssisting with planning and building regulation applicationsCoordinating with consultants, contractors, and clientsCarrying out site visits and surveysSupporting project delivery across residential and commercial projectsRequirements

Qualification in Architectural Technology or similar disciplineMinimum 2 years\'' experience working in an architectural roleSkilled in Revit and/or AutoCADKnowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirementsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamSalary and Benefits
