The company are looking for somebody who is keen to learn develop and progress within the organisation.This role will be responsible for repairs, physical installations as well as for the escorts requested by customers. You will be handling all incoming customer service requests and ensuring SLA''s and agreed KPIs are achieved to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
