This is a full-time, term-time-only role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday), offering a salary range of £26,519 to £35,125 (actual), depending on experience and qualifications.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in motor vehicle instruction and a passion for working with young people who face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. The position is based in Milton Keynes, within a well-established vocational workshop setting.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging sessions in motor vehicle studies, including health and safety, engine building, and general maintenance.Prepare and assess students for an accredited qualification (SEG).Maintain a safe and well-equipped workshop environment.Create schemes of work, lesson plans, and support materials tailored to a variety of learner needs.Promote high levels of attendance, engagement, and course completion.Requirements:Recognised trade qualification and a minimum Level 2 qualification.Experience working with students with additional needs is desirable.Ability to plan and deliver accredited vocational training.Commitment to student safety and well-being, including adherence to health and safety standards.Strong communication and organisational ..... full job details .....
