What You ll Be Doing Processing customer orders for glass products quickly and accurately Interpreting technical specifications, drawings and glazing requirements Liaising with customers, fabricators and installers to clarify details Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery Preparing quotations and confirming order details Checking pricing, measurements and compliance requirements Managing amendments, queries and aftersales support Maintaining accurate records within our order processing system What We re Looking For Experience in the window, door or glazing industry (essential) Strong understanding of glass types, units and industry terminology Excellent attention to detail measurements matter Confident communicator with a customer-first approach Comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment Good IT skills and experience with order processing systems If you know the industry and take pride in getting every detail right, this could be the perfect fit.
