What You Bring 8+ years in C#/.NET, with real experience leading or mentoring engineers A strong portfolio of distributed systems built for production, not just proof-of-concept Python and SQL alongside your .NET work The ability to talk to a quant as comfortably as a business stakeholder Some familiarity with financial market data (Bloomberg, Reuters or similar) A bonus if you have: exposure to the order-to-trade life cycle, Bloomberg APIs, Docker or AWS.
