A well-established business based in between York and Thirsk is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of up to 29,000 plus a company benefits package. As a Finance Assistant, you will be:Processing and managing the purchase ledgerRaising and issuing invoices on the sales ledgerReconciling supplier statements and resolving queriesAssisting with month-end tasks and reportingSupporting with general finance admin dutiesLiaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth processesTo be successful in this Finance Assistant role, you will ideally have:Experience in both purchase and sales ledgerGood knowledge of accounting systems and ExcelStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsA positive, team-player attitude and willingness to learnPrevious experience in a similar finance roleThis fantastic opportunity is easily commutable from Malton, Kirkbymoorside, Helmsley, York, Thirk, Easingwold, Pickering and surrounding areas.
