Direct Sales Executive - B2B Waste Solutions

We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Executive to join a growing waste management business, helping companies reduce costs and improve their waste and recycling solutions.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by visiting commercial premises and selling tailored waste management services to businesses across your territory.

This is a field-based role suited to someone who is proactive, resilient, and comfortable with face-to-face sales.

• Prospect and canvass businesses door-to-door
• Generate and convert new B2B sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct site visits and identify waste solution requirements
• Prepare and present service proposals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline

• Proven experience in B2B direct sales / door-to-door sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Full UK driving licence - essential
• Professional and presentable approach
