SF Executive have partnered with a private equity backed service business that is seeking a Head of FPandA to support the CFO with a business improvement and growth journey. The newly created role of Head of FPandA will be a key financial leader, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team. The stand-alone role will lead on financial planning and analysis, ensuring the business has the financial insights and tools to make informed strategic decisions. Your role will also involve collaborating with private equity stakeholders and driving the financial agenda in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Create a world class group FPandA function, doing the deep dive on the existing data on the business, and providing meaningful analysis and insight to help the business achieve its new strategy - To lead, plan, co-ordinate and deliver all aspects of the holistic corporate financial planning process of the group to include a three-year plan, annual budget and rolling forecasts - Support the evaluation and execution of MandA opportunities, working closely with the CFO and leadership team - Lead initiatives to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities, improving data accessibility and decision-making - Raise awareness of financial planning throughout the business while increasing the delivery, quality and accuracy of outputs - Liaising and challenging a senior management team during the planning and budgeting process - Be knowledgeable about the wider ..... full job details .....
