Overview

In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.Responsibilities

On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.Ensure all relevant permits are in place.On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labourDirect and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.Execution of commissioning and close out planEnsure close out of snag lists.Deliver on labour tracker.Attending internal KandM team planning meetingsManage relevant external correspondence.Order all day-to-day site materials.Update appropriate information to progress report.Maintaining KandM Document Management SystemProject specific scheduling.Communicate changes to Project team.Project quality reporting and monitoring.Oversee testing certification and handover.Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.Qualifications

Qualified ElectricianPrevious experience in a Site Manager or similar roleSMSTS or SSSTSExperience of managing and leading teamsProject Management experience beneficialComputer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsUp to date manual handling and safe passBenefits
