Works Manager - This opportunity is working across 2 recently purchased, established and now revitalised precision engineering businesses. The machine shop / Works manager will split his time across the 2 businesses ensuring production is kept and track at both locations and plays a key part in the redevelopment and expansion of both companies.Position Overview: As the Machine Shop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our machine shop operations. You will be responsible for leading the skilled teams, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in optimising workflow, managing resources, and driving process improvements.
