Senior Business Controller - Stevenage £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experienceHybrid - 2 days in the office / 3 days WFHWe are supporting our client with an exciting opportunity for a CIMA Qualified Senior Business Controller to join their team in Stevenage.This role will see you working closely with Project Managers and operational leaders to provide financial insight, drive performance, and ensure strong financial control across complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the controlling teamManage financial planning and quarterly forecastingPartner with Project Managers and lead monthly project reviewsAnalyse financial performance and identify risks and opportunitiesMonitor project expenditure and revenue recognition (PoC and TandM)Reconcile work-in-progress and oversee contract status reviewsDeliver accurate financial reporting to senior leadershipSupport bid proposals, cost rates, and commercial decision-makingRequirementsFully qualified CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)Minimum 7 years'' experience in financial management or controllingExperience working with complex work packages or project environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSAP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA, would be advantageousThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to make a real impact within a dynamic and collaborative environment. ..... full job details .....
