With an employee headcount of just over 100 people (skilled operations and a small team of head office support) and continuing to expand, the business has built an excellent reputation within its sector and is now seeking an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle while helping to modernise and improve people processes. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a broad and highly visible role that offers genuine variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business.
