Finance Improvement Project Lead - 12 month FTC Your new company A public sector organisation working closely with the NHS using research to improve diagnoses and treatment plans. Based in Canary Wharf, you will be expected to work from the office two days per week. Your new role This is a 12-month project role to support the Finance team in financial improvement initiatives, aligning with broader business objectives. You will work directly with senior leaders to develop and execute a finance improvement strategy.Develop a 12-18 month deliverable planWork with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and technology enhancements to improve productivity in a fully compliant manner. Build strong relationships with Finance and business teams to drive positive improvements across the organisation, leading and delivering finance improvement projects from inception to completion. Use data-driven insights to measure the success of improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Support our people so they are equipped to embrace new organisational technology (specifically AI in finance) and fulfil their financial responsibilities in more productive ways.
