A leading Lloyd''s broker is seeking a Cyber Claims Manager. Responsibilities include handling an interesting caseload of complex Cyber and EandO claims and managing a small team. This involves identifying coverage issues early in the claim lifecycle and working with clients and insurers to resolve these issues to the client''s satisfaction.

Additional duties involve building meaningful relationships with clients, experts, and insurers by dealing with them promptly, professionally, and courteously.

Applicants should have prior Cyber claims handling experience within a Lloyd’s broker, MGA, insurer, or Lloyd’s Managing Agency. Managerial experience is advantageous but not essential. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
