We are seeking practitioners to support pupils who have an EHCP in the age range of 11-16 years old About Our Partnered School:Our partnered school is a specialised educational institution dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children who have faced challenges in mainstream education. We actively promote values such as equity, resilience, and togetherness Role Requirements:We are seeking individuals with diverse talents and backgrounds, including but not limited to:Must have SEMH experience.Experience supporting individuals who find it difficult to build social and emotional relationships.Individuals who have faced and overcome personal challenges, as your ability to connect and relate to our children on a deeper level is highly valued.Passion and the ability to inspire are the most crucial attributes.A driving license is essential, and candidates will need to have or be able to obtain business insurance.
