As our Income Team Leader, you ll play an important role in making this a reality for thousands of families in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. You ll lead your team to deliver a high quality, compliant, income support service and provide a great customer experience to our tenants. You and your team will monitor and manage accounts for all tenancy types, supporting tenants that fall into arrears with an aim to keep them in their homes. Working with the Head of Income you ll help develop and improve the team s processes. What you ll bring to our team Skilled and experienced, you ll understand the importance of following regulations and working within agreed targets and budgets. You ll build good relationships across the business and support your team to develop their skills and provide the best outcomes for our tenants. What we are looking for Experience leading an income team in a performance-focused environment. Strong understanding of rent arrears and debt recovery processes, with experience presenting cases in court.
