We re looking for a dynamic and experienced Transformation Project Lead to help shape the future of a high-performing Safer Communities Service. This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone with a strong background in public service reform, project and programme management, and community engagement. You''ll lead end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, supporting safer, fairer, and more inclusive communities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage service transformation projects across multiple Safer Communities strands (e.g. ASB, Licensing, CCTV, VAWG, Community Engagement) Develop and implement improvement plans and new operating models to enhance service performance Coordinate project governance, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery on time and within budget Work with internal departments and external partners, including residents and local agencies Lead contract monitoring and contribute to commissioning and procurement activities Produce detailed reports, data dashboards, and KPI tracking for senior leadership and stakeholders Oversee project staff and manage related budgets where required Plan and facilitate community consultations, staff workshops, and internal change events We re looking for ..... full job details .....
