Job Title: Lead Shift Mechanical Maintenance EngineerLocation: Central LondonSalary: £53,000 per annum + plenty of overtimeJob Type: Continental shift days and nightsSite: High-End Commercial Property (Static)Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all mechanical maintenance activities on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical faults in a timely and efficient manner.Develop and implement a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations.Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and specialist sub-contractors.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, asset history, and compliance documentation.Liaise with the building management team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery.What We''re Looking For

A time-served mechanical engineer with a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering).Proven experience working in a similar role within a corporate or high-end commercial environment.Additional Information
