Senior Software Engineer .Context of the Role:

We seek a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in building scalable, high-performance solutions on the Microsoft technology stack (.NET / Blazor / C#). You will lead the development and maintenance of web applications, collaborating with international teams. The IT team comprises seven developers and solution specialists, and the successful candidate will serve as the lead for the Microsoft stack.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, support, and deploy custom web and mobile applications based on .NET (Blazor, C#), C++.Gather customer requirements and develop related software applications.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to design scalable solutions.Implement Azure Cloud Services to enhance performance and reliability.Research and evaluate new software technologies and products.Design testing and maintenance procedures.Develop high-quality coding standards.Required Skills and Experience:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in software development with C# in the .NET environment, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.Experience with iterative methodologies like Scrum or Design Thinking, using Azure DevOps and Git.Experience with Azure Cloud Services such as Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure App Service.Experience with Azure Blazor is a plus.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform is a plus.Experience in the reinsurance or insurance sectors is a plus.We offer you:
