Job Description:

• Provideandnbsp;individualised supportandnbsp;to pupils withandnbsp;special educational needs (SEN)andnbsp;or those requiring additional help
• Assist the class teacher in deliveringandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;lessons and activities
• Foster aandnbsp;positive,andnbsp;safe, andandnbsp;inclusiveandnbsp;learning environment that promotesandnbsp;confidence,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;resilience
• Support pupils withandnbsp;academic,andnbsp;social, andandnbsp;emotional developmentandnbsp;both in and out of the classroom
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implementandnbsp;individual education plans (IEPs)andnbsp;and monitor progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• Be aandnbsp;patient,andnbsp;empathetic, andandnbsp;adaptableandnbsp;individual with a genuine passion for supporting young learners
