VACANCY: SALES ADMINISTRATOR Location: CardiffSalary: £23.8k - £24.5k subject to experience Hague Group is a highly successful, customer-focused sales organisation with offices across the UK and Australia. We work closely with businesses around the world providing unique print, software and IT solutions. We now have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator who will provide proactive and effective administrative support for their designated Sales team members. This is an office-based role and you''ll be based at our office located at Cardiff Gate Business Park, CF23 8RW. Free onsite parking is available. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU? You have already gained solid sales admin experience.Proactive and approachable.Great at communicating, be that verbally or in writing.Great attention to detail and ensure accuracy at all times.Confident communicator and will liaise with colleagues, customers and suppliers in relation to orders, stock and delivery requirements.Highly organised with good time management skills.You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in priorities, organising your own workload and working to our policies and procedures.Proficient using Excel spreadsheets.Great customer service skills and telephone manner.Used to, and enjoys working within, a small and busy team.
