The business operates across multiple entities and delivers high quality services to a global customer base. You will be joining a collaborative, forward thinking environment where continuous improvement and professional development are encouraged. Your new roleYour responsibilities will include:Supporting the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.Reviewing results, identifying variances and presenting key findings to senior finance stakeholders.Assisting with the monitoring, maintenance and reporting of budgets, forecasts and cashflow.Providing team leadership in partnership with the Financial Controller.Training and developing junior members of the finance team, supporting their progression and performance.Ensuring robust financial controls, processes and project governance are maintained to the highest standards.Working with teams across the business to support efficiency initiatives and process improvement.Ensuring ongoing compliance with local accounting, tax, legal and reporting requirements, including liaison with external advisors.Overseeing best practice record keeping and ensuring accurate and up to date electronic filing of documentation.What you''ll need to ..... full job details .....
